A hand-pressed, 6oz USDA Ground Chuck patty, flat-top grilled and topped with a thick slice of American cheese and house pickles on a toasted brioche bun. Table condiments to your liking.

6oz chuck patty smashed into grilled sweet onions with applewood bacon, pickles, American cheese, Tulsa Seasoning and pub sauce on a toasted brioche bun.

Breaded fried chicken breast brushed with Nashville Hot Sauce, topped with pickled and creamy slaw on a brioche bun.

Pounded chicken breast dredged in seasoned buttermilk and dragged through a breading made of crushed hard pretzels then deep fried in beef tallow to mother clucking perfection.
