Oak to Ember offers a unique dining experience inspired by live fire cooking in our open kitchen restaurant. The coastal American menu is curated and inspired by locally sourced ingredients from farms and makers – bringing you the freshest and most flavorful menu items. The menu offers local seafood, prime cuts of meat, and seasonal specials cooked over a wood fired grill. The interior has been designed to create unique experiences wherever you are seated with four distinct dining areas; a quiet street side area, a space adjacent to the open kitchen offering a 6 person chef's table & hi-top seating, a bright harborside dining room with a 24-seat bar, and an outdoor patio alongside Gloucester Harbor.
