Osteria Ester is the sixth concept from Good Salt Restaurant Group, joining celebrated local destinations The Osprey, Reyes Mezcaleria, The Monroe, Sparrow and Seito Sushi. Under the culinary direction of Chef Michael Cooper—known to many for his work at The Osprey—the restaurant pays homage to the comforting classics and communal spirit of Italian-American dining.
