In Houston, Ramon honed his barbecue skills, putting in tireless hours perfecting his craft. In 2024, his hard work paid off as he proudly opened Owens BBQ, a small walk-up barbecue stand in the heart of Leimert Park. With his mastered techniques and flavorful creations, Ramon is determined to share his love for exceptional barbecue with the world.
