Porch Fried Chicken is a small, local, family-run fried chicken joint in Rochester, Minnesota serving crispy broasted chicken, stacked sandwiches, bowls, salads, cold drinks, cocktails, shakes, and comfort food made from scratch. Our chicken is brined for 24 hours, hand dredged, and cooked fresh — no shortcuts, no frozen nonsense, and no “good enough.” Just really good chicken made the hard way because it makes all the difference.
