Phở. One of the most popular Vietnamese soups, our soup broth is flavorful and we use only the freshest ingredients and high quality cuts of beef. It is then simmered over low heat for over 8 hours to produce this rich flavor. We do not add any “msg” to enhance the taste of our soup, instead we use more meat, natural herbs and spices to flavor our soup. Our phở soup comes with your choice of meats, gluten-free thin rice noodles, sliced onions, green onions and cilantro. An optional (Upon request item) side dish of bean sprouts, Thai basil, jalapeños, and limes are provided to top off your phở bowl.

A popular Vietnamese chicken broth noodle soup, our broth uses fresh ingredients and chicken meat to make it flavorful. The flavor of the soup is derived from low heat cooking method. We do not add msg into any of our soup stock to ensure healthiness. Our chicken broth noodle soup come with a variety of meats, egg or rice noodles, baby bok choy, carrots and is topped off with cilantro, green onions and fried garlic.

Our wok stir fried rice with eggs, minced garlic, vegetable oil, peas, carrots, scallions, our in house NO MSG seasoning and your choice of meats.

Stir fried chow mein noodles with your choice of meat, broccoli, baby corn, mushrooms, onions, carrots, beansprouts in dark soy sauce. Optional noodle cooking style (Add $2.00) “Pancake style” (Áp Chảo) is thin rice noodle crispy brown on one side or “Bird’s Nest style” (Mì Xào Dòn) is deep fried egg noodle shaped like a bird’s nest.

Organic spaghetti pasta sautéed with our in house garlic sauce mixed in with asparagus, fresh bell peppers, parmesan cheese and a variety of meat choices. Served with garlic bread.

A traditional Vietnamese salad dish consisting of thin rice vermicelli noodles, julienne carrots, sliced lettuce, bean sprouts, 3 pieces of crispy vegetable egg rolls, roasted peanuts and a variety of meats to choose from. Served with a side of fish sauce.

Our Vietnamese style sandwiches come with a crusty French roll, stuffed with a variety of grilled meat choices and our special mayonnaise spread, topped with pickled julienne carrots and cilantro. Jalapeño available upon request.
