Authentic Mole Poblano recipe that has been handed down through generations. This rich sauce comprises a fusion of ingredients including plantains, ancho chiles, pasilla chiles, mulato chiles, brown sugar, cocoa, raisins, almonds, peanuts, pecans, sesame seeds, and a medley of spices.
