This class is designed for coffee enthusiasts of all levels who want to elevate their latte art game by learning the fundamentals and techniques. Guided by our talented baristas, you’ll learn how to delicately froth milk, the technique of pouring, and tips and tricks to crafting stunning designs. This class will teach the standard heart design and move on to tulips and rosettas. Whether you're looking to impress friends or deepen your barista skills, this class will help you master the pour and add a touch of art to every cup. Students will enjoy 15% off any retail items the day of the class. Cancellations must be made two days prior to class or earlier. Cancellations within 48 hours of class time will not be refunded.

Our flagship espresso, primarily a blend of Central and South American coffees is an interpretation of a Spanish style espresso. Named after a coastal city in southern Spain, this espresso is light with vibrant acidity. Notes of raspberry and clementine are front and center with smooth, milk-chocolate aftertaste.

Using high-grade South American coffees, this roast is a perfect example of Northern European espresso accentuating rounded dry fruit with intense nuttiness. A subtle caramel sweetness lingers on the palate.

A renowned growing region in southwestern Colombia, surrounded by high mountains and active volcanoes, Nariño offers a fascinating cup, a mixture of citric acids, fruit flavors, and an herbal aroma. This coffee is an example of the complex terroir Colombian farms have to offer. Caramel sweetness, notes of ripe grapes, a hint of raspberry, medium acidity, citrusy aftertaste, clean and pleasant cup.

With the first fermentation having fresh watermelon pieces in the tank along with the coffee, this experiment worked like a charm! From opening the bag you will smell the fresh watermelon and it will only get stronger as you brew. The initial flavor of the sip is sweet, almost candy like, moving quickly into juicy watermelon so fresh you can taste hints of the rind. With undertones of cashew and walnut this full bodied coffee is not to be missed.

The high-altitude Ginbo region of Ethiopia produces this truly unique heirloom coffee. Anaerobically processed, this coffee is celebrated for it's intense fruity notes and viscous body. Our roasting technique is careful to preserve and develop terroir and this coffee exemplifies this better than most. Bright herbaceous with juicy muddled tropical fruit notes, finishing with cocoa nib. Wush Wush is a fan favorite at the cafe and our roastery.

This coffee from the Shakiso district in Ethiopia's Guji Zone is a high-altitude washed coffee that showcases vibrant acidity and layered sweetness. Tasting notes include cocoa, dried mixed berries, apricot, a hint of elderflower.

Santa Elena Barillas is a small town near the Pacaya Volcano in the Antigua region of Guatemala. Situated between 1500 and 1700 MASL, Finca El Jardín has been producing exceptional coffee for 4 generations over the past 107 years. This washed example features a medium body and a bright, lime-like acidity. Tasting notes include caramel, toasted barley, and hints of tropical fruit on the finish.

Dark cocoa, medium acidity & dried berries brought out in this light to medium roast. Our Grade 1 Harrar exemplifies all that is loved about this region of Ethiopia.
