Imperial Red Ale featuring a malt bill comprised of over 30% rye: malted and flaked. Aged in Heaven Hill 7yr bourbon barrels for one year. A warming brew with notes of caramel, dark cherry compote.

Wild Ale fermented out in oak barrels with our house brettanomyces culture for 6 months. The ale is then accented with a dash of pink peppercorn before bottling. Notes of pineapple and tropical fruits, with slight phenols and white pepper. Dry and drinkable. Bottle conditioned for many, many months.

This wild ale starts with our foeder-aged golden sour ale, transferred and rested in tequila barrels for 8 months. The brew is then conditioned on lime juice & zest, with a hint of sea salt addition. Tart and juicy: margarita, lime sour patch kid, citrus squeeze

This Foeder-aged sour red, aged one year in oak with our house culture then rested for an additional 7 months in Tom Cat Gin barrels. Bottle conditioned for many, many months.

Baltic Porter, aged in Port barrels for 9 months. Rich & robust, with notes of jammy dark fruits and black currant.

Utilizing wild Nepalese Timur peppercorns and American "noble" hop varieties this collaborative saison brewed with Stoneface Brewing is deceptively easy to drink with its dry finish and effervescent carbonation. Phenolic yeast aromas support herbal and citrus hoppiness.
