Ground beef cooked in a Straub Lager infused tomato sauce seasoned with peppers and onions then piled on a brioche roll. Add crispy onions for just $0.50. Served with chips, pickle and your choice of soup, Amber chili, salad or side.

Your choice of slow roasted shredded beef, season pork or diced grilled chicken with a choice of provolone, Swiss, cheddar, American, pepper jack or gouda cheese on Italian panini bread & grill pressed until toasty and melty. Served with a choice of house made sauce on the side (KC bbq, Carolina bbq, Alabama white bbq, horsey, garlic parmesan ranch, beer cheese, beer mustard). Spinach, roasted onions, diced fire roasted red peppers or bacon can be added to your panini for a small fee. Includes chips, pickle and your choice of soup, Amber chili, salad or side.

Our house made mac and cheese topped with our Amber chili and shredded cheddar jack cheese, sour cream and crispy onions. Available as a 8oz stand-alone dish or as your side dish for +$4.

Pepperoni, sausage, banana peppers, black olives, mozzarella and provolone cheeses all rolled in a flour tortilla and grill toasted. Served with marinara sauce on the side for dipping. Includes chips and a pickle.
