Probably the most popular salad on the menu. Al dente farro, roasted squash, cherry tomatoes, radishes, shaved red onion, toasted pepitas, arugula, and crumbled feta. Lightly dressed with lemon and olive oil. Apple cider vinegar cooked in with the farro (and so cannot be omitted - any other item can be removed).
