Choose a sourdough bagel and one of our house-made cream cheeses! All our bagels are sourdough made with unbleached, unbromated King Arthur Flour and undergo a 3 day process making them Gluten Sensitive friendly! Each bagel contain about 12-14 grams of protein.

Small batch Chai made in house with whole real spices (Ginger, Peppercorn, Cinnamon and Cinnamon sticks, Nutmeg, Star Anise,*(we sell all the Chai spices in store) and boiled for 4 hours and then steeped with organic tea! No mixes or premade cartons! Have you smelled it boiling in our bakery? Good things take time and are not mass produced.

One packet will grow and last a lifetime and beyond! Pass it on to you children and grandchildren. Each pack has instructions inside and comes with a barcode to scan into our facebook support group. We sell starter jar sets and dough whisk as well.
