our current house espresso is Ruby's Creamery. we love how smooth and balanced this blend can be. Creamery uses different blends to create a similar flavor profile as the seasons change. it's common to see Columbian, Guatemalan, and Costa Rican coffees in this blend, always creating the perfect shot.
