Fuego is our Flagship Modern India Pale Ale brewed with 2-Row Barley, Pilsner Malt, and Rolled Oats & Hopped with Citra, Simcoe, and Mosaic. Notes of grapefruit, peach, citrus zest & pine. 6.2% ABV

Halcyon is our Classic India Pale Ale brewed with 2-Row Barley & hopped with Mosaic, Simcoe, and Amarillo. Pours a translucent golden orange with notes of grapefruit pith, orange zest, and pine sap with a nice herbal bitterness. 6.0% ABV.

Our Flagship Double IPA 8.0% ABV Brewed with Citra, Simcoe & Chinook. Giving tropical notes of strawberry and pineapple.

Dry Hopper Pilsner 5.6% Brewed using German Pils malt, Saaz & Perle hops. Serving notes of orange pith, fresh grain & lemon balm.

This Mexican Lager is the first beer ever brewed at Tonewood. Brewed with 2 Row Barley & Hopped with Saaz. It boasts notes of fresh bread, grilled corn, & Citrus zest . 5.2%ABV

Hefeweizen 5.4% ABV Showcases classic notes of bubble gum, black pepper and Bosch pear.

American Session Stout 4.0% Rabbit Hill Malthouse 2 Row & light Munich, Dark Specialty Malts, Cascade & Chinook, Bakers Chocolate, Roasted Chicory, Espresso, Zesty Hop finish.

American Pale Ale | 5.0% Happy TENTH Anniversary! It has been such an incredible ride, definitely not easy, but totally worth it. To celebrate, we’ve brewed up a beautiful, tropical, peachy dream of a classic American Pale Ale. This one comes in at 5% ABV, and features a simple grist bill of 2-Row and Honey Malt. To spice it up, we jammed this beer with Chinook (our darling), Galaxy, and Egger’s Pesharine.

Trail Beer is our more Classic-Leaning American Pale Ale brewed with 2-Row Barley & hopped with a blend of Citra, Chinook, El Dorado, and Strata. Notes of fresh grain, citrus pith, and bitter herbs. 5.2% ABV.

Munich Dunkle 4.8% Brewed with dark Munich malt and a touch of carafa. Hopped with noble German varieties, and fermented low and slow with our house lager yeast. Notes of freshly baked rye bread, soft pretzels, cherry wood and a touch of bakers chocolate.

Rye Lager 4.7%, Brewed with a base of Rabbit Hill Farmhouse Pilsner & 20% Rye. Hopped generously with Tettnang& Centennial for a lil old school/new school action. Notes of toasted sourdough, dried herbs, wildflower honey & citrus marmalade.

Rift is our Modern India Pale Ale brewed with malted oats & a dash of Vienna malt and hopped with a “just-the-right-amount” blend of Mosaic, Citra, Idaho 7, and Chinook. Juicy & fruity & with a perfectly balanced bitterness. Notes of strawberry cream soda, tropical citrus & stone fruits, clementine zest and watermelon rind. 7.0% ABV.

Ghostchant Belgian Witbier collab with @theseedbeer | 4.9% Kicking off our ten year anniversary week with our first collaboration with our forever family at The Seed. Brewed with @rabbit_hill_malthouse pilsner malt and a large portion of malted wheat and raw wheat. Hopped in the kettle with cascade, mandarina bavaria, and whirlpool-ed with freshly zested and juiced oranges, along with coriander and chamomile. Bright notes of citrus zest, freshly squeezed OJ, fruit loops, stone fruit, herbal spice, wheat fields, and Belgian esters.

Wheat Lager collab with @humanrobotbeer | 5.3% Rustic wheat lager brewed with our brothers across the river. @rabbit_hill_malthouse Avalon pilsner malt is the foundation along with malted wheat and light munich. Hopped early in the kettle with saaz, and whirlpool-ed with mandarina bavaria. Fermented low and slow with a classic Philly lager strain. Notes of lightly toasted sourdough bread, herbal spice, wildflower honey, citrus marmalade, and summer vibes. Clean, crisp, and crushable.

West Coast IPA | 7.1% When we were thinking about how to best celebrate our first decade in the game, we couldn’t think of a better collab partner than @twinelephantbrewing, who celebrated their own 10-year anniversary last month. We put our collective brew-brains together and tapped our buddies @eggershops, and came up with a 7.1% West Coast IPA hopped with Egger’s Rakau, Nelson Sauvin, and Motueka. You can expect loads and loads of aroma of candied apricots and peaches, lime simple syrup, and a fresh citrus zest.

Mixed culture saison aged in oak | 4.7% A blend of mixed culture saison fermented and matured in oak. Brewed with @rabbit_hill_malthouse farmhouse pilsner, raw wheat, malted wheat, and spelt. Bright notes of lemon meringue, pineapple, grapefruit zest, soft vanilla, dusty oak, and a tart, zippy finish.
