With summer actually here, 12oz 6-packs of our patiently brewed and doted on Kolsch return for both festivals this weekend. Brewed with 100% @epiphanycraftmalt, consisting of pils malt and a small portion of malted wheat. Hopped delicately in the kettle with German Saphir, lagered for weeks, and slowly carbonated without the use of a sintered stone for the utmost in fluffy meringue like head. The result is an effortlessly consumable beverage, with subtle fruity notes and an extremely clean drinkability. We detect white grape, lemon-lime, freshly rising bread dough crust, all within an endless sea of painstakingly fresh, cold stange pours at the festival this beer was made for…. As though any of us needed more of a reason to attend either one. 5% ABV

Brewed in the now forgotten early 00’s style of the Xtra Pale Ale, this collaboration with the Richmond Kickers straddles the line between pale ale and IPA with a balanced hop and house ale yeast derived melon candy and citrus oil hop. 

We notice impressions of tropical papaya, bright pineapple, white grape-esque melon, all of which culminate with that classic Falcon orange oil citrus marmalade. Entirely drinkable, and brewed Downtown at the source of the original first ever batch of our most famous hoppy beer.

Our beloved Citra and Mosaic based alternate house IPA gets its own baby variant. Brewed with the same framework as the fully grown-up version, but with a much more sessionable ABV at 4.5%. We notice orange sherbet, guava, slight dankness, melon, and un-ripened orange hop character with a plush and fuller mouthfeel that belies the ABV. We can say for certain, that our production team was so preoccupied with whether or not they could brew this beer, that they didn't stop to think if they should… ultimately we’re glad they went for it.
