Esquite is a play on the "on-the-cob" Elote --- a spicy, zesty Mexican street food --- served warm and in a cup with a dressing made from mayo, cotija cheese, cilantro, tajin, chilli powder, and paprika.

We mash in cheese into our masa dough before cooking, then top with your choice of meat, and lettuce, crema, salsa and cotija cheese! Think Gorditas but thin!

Burrito Flaquito is a "skinny" burrito, wrapped in a Yoli Flour Tortilla and filled with refried beans and queso fresco. Our favorite pairing!

Nachos come with a bed of tortilla chips, a hefty scoop of nacho cheese, your choice of protein, and lettuce, cheese, pico, salsa and sour cream.
