Biodynamic and composed of 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Blanc, this sparkling wine comes exclusively from Nibiru’s prized Goldnagel vineyard, featuring 30-40-year-old vines on schist-like amphibolit soils. The base wine was unfiltered, aged on full lees for a year with no SO₂. Secondary fermentation began in October 2020, followed by fifteen months on lees in bottle, and disgorgement in early 2022. With golden notes, vibrant acidity, and a deep profile, this elegant sparkler showcases Nibiru’s exceptional terroir.

One of our absolute favorite wines. Beautiful aromas of grapefruit, dried herbs, and wet stones with a long mineral-driven finish.

Lively and finely etched, with crushed green pear, lemon peel, and lime blossom over a cool herbal core of sage and chervil. The palate is slender yet persistent, driven by high, tingling acidity, salty yeast and wet stone, finishing with classic white pepper and asparagus snap.

The 2017 Nikolaihof Riesling Steiner Hund offers a complex and elegant nose of ripe citrus, honeyed stone fruits, and a subtle touch of flinty minerality. On the palate, it’s vibrant and precise, with crisp acidity balancing the wine’s richness. Flavors of green apple, lime zest, and a hint of petrol lead to a long, nuanced finish. Exceptional depth.

The name LOIBEN (for the area of the cadastral communities Oberloiben and Unterloiben) is the designation of origin of this Wachau DAC village wine. The organic vineyards are situated on the plains of the Loibner basin, with light and warm soils made of alluvial Danube sand and gravel. A fresh, aromatic, and seductive aroma, with beautiful floral notes. Pure, elegant, and grippy on the palate, with flavors of pear and honeydew melon, alongside tantalizing green accents. Look for a peppery piquancy on the impressively long finish.

Fans of FX Pichler know how good these wines are and why they’re so much in demand.! The 2022 vintage doesn't disappoint, with incredible scale, depth, and concentration. Definitely one of the most engaging Rieslings in the shop.

The 2023 Alzinger Riesling Ried Loibengerg Smaragd is a stunning expression of precision and elegance. A vibrant nose of citrus blossom, green apple, and subtle stone fruit leads into a palate of bright acidity and layered complexity. Flavors of lemon zest, white peach, and a mineral-driven finish create an invigorating balance of freshness and depth. A classic Smaragd with excellent aging potential.

Bone-dry and precise, this Riesling from the Burgstall vineyard offers a mineral-driven profile. Notes of white peach, pink grapefruit, and zesty lime are complemented by a hint of delicate floral and savory, saline undertones. The finish is long and refreshing, with excellent concentration and a fine, cool acidity.

Uncork a taste of Wachau with the 2022 Mathias Hirtzberger Grüner Veltliner Steinfeder Stab. This light-bodied white boasts a pale yellow-green hue hinting at its refreshing nature. On the nose, you'll find a delightful blend of crisp green apple and honeydew melon, accented by subtle hints of meadow herbs. The palate is lively and balanced, with juicy fruit flavors dancing alongside invigorating acidity. A touch of minerality lingers on the finish, making it a perfect companion for summer days or a great match for lighter fare.

At once brooding and bright, this Vranac from the vast plains of Trebinje is a stark and lovable addition to your wine collection. While it can withstand more aging, it is perfect to drink now at 5 years of bottle rest.

The 2022 Domaine Emile Beyer Pinot Gris Tradition offers a rich, expressive profile. Aromas of ripe pear, white flowers, and hints of honey lead to a round, textured palate with flavors of baked apple, citrus zest, and subtle spice. Balanced acidity and a smooth, lingering finish highlight its harmonious depth and approachability, making it a versatile wine for various pairings.

This amber/orange wine, a blend of Gewurztraminer and Sylvaner, is a vibrant new chapter for the Ostertag family. It presents a beautiful coppery-orange hue and offers a complex nose of rose petal, apricot, and exotic fruits. The palate is dry and textured, with a savory, spicy character, balanced by a fresh and lingering finish.

Often overlooked in the world of Pinot Noir, Alsace is increasingly producing solid world class examples and this one from Domaine Ostertag is no different; displaying vivid red fruit, and a silky smooth mouthfeel.

A lovely skin-contact wine produced by Mathieu Deiss. With tannins akin to black tea the fruit is ripe, and juicy. For those looking for a really good "orange wine" this is it!

Passetoutgrain, which loosely translates to "throw it all in" is a blend of Gamay and Pinot Noir that is increasingly rare in Burgundy. It makes a delicious, uncomplicated field blend that is fresh and fruity. Michel Lafarge uses old vines, planted in 1926, for this bottling.

A wonderfully elegant expression of Chardonnay from vines that were regrafted to Chardonnay in 2017. White floral aromatics, and well balanced fruit this wine will age gracefully for the next decade.

The Chassagne-Montrachet village grapes mainly come from the lieux-dits Les Chaumes, Les Lombardes, and Les Houillères. These plots border 1ers Crus and were planted between 1964 and 1980. Ageing in 228 and 350 liter oak barrels, approximately 30% new.

Planted in 1978 Clos Saint Jean is considered one of the best sites for Pinot Noir in Chassagne-Montratchet. This cuvée has beautiful aromatics of spice, red fruit, and floral tones.

The other white grape of Burgundy, Aligoté makes a pale yellow wine that is light and citrusy and transmits the same minerality that Burgundian Chardonnay often has. Pataille is a master of the grape and we offer four single-vineyard bottlings from him as well. If you're new to Aligoté, start with this one.

The 2023 Domaine Rougeot Pommard Clos des Roses Monopole opens with dark cherry, crushed violet, and iron-tinged earth — the unmistakable mineral signature of Pommard's iron-rich argilo-calcaire soils. The village of Bouzy in Champagne is known for its amazing Pinot Noir. This cuvée is 100% Pinot Noir and it's 100% delicious! You will fall in love with its beautifully composed nose of ripe berries, brioche, and white flowers.

Bouzy produces powerful Pinot Noir dominate sparklers, and while the Barnaut offers some of that it is balanced with fresh acidity and lovely citrusy minerality.

A family estate in the Côte des Bar since the late 19th century, Bernard Gaucher is a grower-producer farming clay-limestone soils in the southern Aube — terroir closer in character to Chablis than to the chalky north. The Brut Réserve is 90% Pinot Noir and 10% Chardonnay, fermented in old oak with weekly bâtonnage, partial malolactic conversion, and 24 months on the lees.
