Zeke's Takeout

Inspired by the shrimp trucks on the North Shore of Oahu- sauteed black tiger shrimp swimming in a healthy dose of garlic butter.

We are using Braveheart Black Angus Teres Major! Grilled and sliced, finished with our Red sauce, toasted sesame, and green onion. (Approximately 12oz)

Marinated chicken, grilled, and topped with a Thai peanut butter sauce, fresh cilantro and mint!

Slow roasted pork finished with our Japanese BBQ sauce.

Sliced spam grilled and glazed, packed with rice and furikake seasoning, wrapped in Nori. Hawaii’s #1 snack! Yum!

Zeke's favorite version of 'ahi poke. Sashimi grade 'ahi tuna, sweet onion, GF shoyu, oyster sauce, ginger, sesame oil, kachugaru, scallions, sesame seeds, and Hawaiian sea salt. Served over rice. *raw food advisory*

For the keikis- small kine portion - roasted pork and our ginger scallion slaw over rice. Finished with our Japanese-style BBQ sauce. No substitutions. Inspired by the popular Kalua Pork and Cabbage.
