32 oz Draft Pour FRUITED INDIA PALE ALE Available February - April The Spring’s most delicate fruit meets its hoppy soulmate in a pour of The Precious One. Take a sip of this juicy IPA and let the ripe apricot notes blossom atop a hoppy base for a delicately sweet bouquet of flavor. ABV 6.4% IBU 14.0 OG 14.2°

BRETT GOLDEN ALE AGED IN OAK BARRELS Funky, fruity, and light bodied. Using the Bullpen Pilsner as a base, we added Brettanomyces and aged the beer for 8 months in oak barrels making a light, quaffable, barrel-aged beer ABV 5.5% IBU 18.0 SRM 3.0 OG 11°

Kölsch 5.3% ABV, 19.7 IBU, 3.1 SRM, 11.8*P OG The Eastern Market Kölsch is a light-bodied, cold-fermented ale with floral aromas and a hint of lemon drop candies. Crisp and effervescent, this beer is best served cold. Enjoy fresh with neighbors, family, and friends.

To make Saison de Brett, we start with our La Saison des Fêtes that balances spicy French hops, aromatic European malt, and a unique Belgian yeast. Next we rack the beer into local red wine barrels, add a bit of wild Brettanomyces yeast, and age for 12 months. The result is a complex, funky beer that is amazing when released and will change in flavor if cellared properly.

Tropic Thunder packs a tropical fruit punch in a light, drinkable IPA. Lightly bittered and heavily dry hopped, giving it lots of pineapple, passionfruit, and floral aroma. 6.1% ABV, 18 IBU, 3.8 SRM

Fresh off of Easter this West Coast Pilsner has a little hop to it's step, with a welcoming aromatic bouquet of blueberry, lemon, and floral notes. The first sip gives a soft malty sweetness, followed by fruity hop notes, and a dry finish.
