Big, boozy bourbon and American oak aromas combine with soft chocolate malty undertones. Complex malt flavors are framed in oak with hints of dark chocolate, vanilla, tobacco, coconut and just a touch of dark cherry. §ucaba is built to last and can age for years to come (we recommend counting the years with an abacus).

Amber Ale Looking back can provide a better perspective on the future. In the good ol’ days, when things were simpler, you would kick off your shoes, crank up the tunes, and crack open a cold one. This was our inspiration for 8Track, a malt-forward Amber Ale designed to showcase the simple beauty of a well-crafted beer – cutting no corners, and using only the purest ingredients. Deep flavors of caramel and toffee fade into a smooth finish. You know you’re drinking a beer. Now put those feet up and crank up some tunes!

Our core IPA has finally be released! We brew Tanuki with a split grist of Pilsner/Maris Otter malt, and cold-whirlpool Azacca/Sultana/Comet hops to give this beer 35 IBU of punchy citrus and tropical fruit flavors. We ferment with a Kveik yeast for added pineapple pop before dry hopping near the saturation point of 2.2 lbs/bbl of the 3 hops above. We then filter it, so it's a clear, easy drinking citrus packed IPA. Enjoy!

Among the mythical characters living in Fairyland, some are more unusual than others. Malcolm, for example, is different because of his accent and his kilt: when it comes to beer, his favourite is Mc CHOUFFE. The delicious flavours of aniseed, liquorice and toffee tickle his taste buds. If you listen to him, he will boast of its ruby sparkle, its smooth bitterness and its strong character, worthy of his native Scotland. Although robust, Mc CHOUFFE goes down as easily as LA CHOUFFE.

Wheat and flaked oats produce a hazy beer with a soft, creamy mouthfeel. Citra, Mosaic, and Amarillo hops are added liberally post-boil, contributing massive citrus and tropical aromas without the traditional hop bitterness.

Art Car IPA is an American IPA featuring a blend of both new and old hop varieties from the Pacific Northwest. The nose is a blend of apricot and tropical fruit and mango. The taste starts with a big bitter blood orange that morphs into mangos and sweet tropical fruits. There is a lightly sweet malt body that allows the hops to shine while there being a nice complexity to the flavors.

A fun beer, pilsner malt base with malted wheat and oats. We then ferment the beer with a much loved London Ale III yeast, hopped with Centennial, Cascade, and El Dorado. Once done, we give it a nice dose of those three hops for a dry hop, crash it, carb it, and now we get to drink it! Yes, it'll have a hazy appearance due to the protein, yeast, and hop dose. Enjoy!

Formerly known as Houblon Chouffe. The gnomes of Fairyland may be little, but they have big, very big, personalities. HOUBLON CHOUFFE matches their impish spirits. All gnomes, with their innate good taste, are in full agreement about HOUBLON CHOUFFE, which is flavoured by three different types of hops. This India Pale Ale is appreciated for its pronounced bitterness combined with the fruity tones of traditional Achouffe beers: it softens the strongest of characters.

Belgian Tripel

Gin Barrel Wit is our classic Belgian style witbier aged in freshly emptied gin barrels. These barrels were ex-bourbon, meaning they first were used to aged bourbon. The aroma is floral with juniper notes. Gin, juniper and some occasional hints of bourbon meld well with the light body of wit, creating a very flavorful, light and smooth concoction

A true bohemian-style pilsner. Crisp and refreshing, this beer is perfect for a hot summer day. Saint Arnold Summer Pils has a delicate, sweet malt taste complemented by an abundant hop aroma and flavor. This beer is brewed with fine German malt, and a copious quantity of "noble" hops imported from the Czech Republic. Saint Arnold Summer Pils is best consumed at 36° Fahrenheit.

Salt and Lime Lager

This beer is so corny you'll think it was a dad joke. Flaked maize is used alongside malted barley to give a slight corny sweetness in this crushable beer.

A true German-style Kölsch. Originally brewed in Cologne, this beer is crisp and refreshing, yet has a sweet malty body that is balanced by a complex, citrus hop character. Multiple additions of German Hallertauer hops are used to achieve this delicate flavor. We use a special Kölsch yeast, an ale yeast that ferments at lager temperatures, to yield the slightly fruity, clean flavor of this beer. Fancy Lawnmower Beer is a world class brew yet light enough to be enjoyed by Texans after strenuous activities, like mowing the lawn. Saint Arnold Fancy Lawnmower Beer is best consumed at 35-45° Fahrenheit.

A “double” version of our signature flagship beer, Pecan Porter, this beer was aged for three months in freshly emptied Willett Bourbon barrels, where it developed strong notes of whiskey and hints of oak to compliment delicious flavors of pecan, vanilla, coffee, and chocolate. The COFFEE version of WBADPP was created using organic Papua New Guinea coffee beans roasted by Trianon Coffee, located here in Austin, and made into a cold brew at the brewery. The cold brew was added directly to the finished beer right before packaging.

We took our base berliner weisse and loaded it up with strawberries, raspberries and blackberries. It is fresh, tart, jammy, and delicious. It has nostalgic notes of Fruit by the Foot, and the true fruit melted popsicles.

The Holy Grail for hopheads! Clocking in at 15-20% ABV, 120 Minute IPA is continuously hopped with a copius amount of high-alpha American hops throughout the boil and whirlpool, and then dry-hopped with another pallet of hops. Unfiltered and abundently hoppy.

This is an aged Belgian red ale, which is ‘ripened quietly in oak barrels for two years’, according to the label. It has an extremely pungent aroma of rich grapey fruit, with acidic notes, very much like a slightly sour red wine or possibly a gueuze. In the mouth it is slightly sweet, extremely acidic and fruity, with grapes and even cherries discernible, and very lively. Despite the sweetness it is not at all cloying, even thin, with little or no trace of malt. Finish is sharp and fruity.

Imperial Coffee Porter aged in Bourbon Barrels

The 2021 Cognac Barrel French Press comes in at 9.3% ABV and has aged in the barrels for a year with Java Pura Coffee Roasters El Eden coffee added just before bottling.

Like Trappist triple ales, La Fin du Monde is brewed and refermented in the bottle—a first in the American market at the time of launch. To date, it is the most awarded Canadian beer and has been honoured at several top international competitions. True to tradition, Unibroue brewed this beer in honour of the French explorers who, when they discovered North America, believed they had reached "the end of the world”.

Our Hefeweizen is authentically brewed using a traditional yeast strain that naturally creates the signature flavors of vanilla, clove, and banana. Modeled after the classic wheat beers of Bavaria, Hefe is cloudy and straw-colored with a meringue-like head that lingers to the bottom of the glass. Brewed with an ample volume of wheat malt and few hops. A traditional interpretation of a classic style, this idiosyncratic Bavarian beer is perfectly at home here in Texas. Our Hefeweizen is perhaps our most popular and most sought after beer, despite only being distributed in Texas. It’s been ranked the 2nd best German Hefeweizen in the world by users on Beer Advocate, Paste Magazine lists us #1 for best wheat/hefeweizens and their Favorite Beers of the 2010s. The Pilz is a classic Bohemian-style golden lager, decoction-mashed with a single heirloom variety Moravian malt. Premium Saaz hops combine to produce a clean, crisp pilsner with complex malt flavor and spicy hop bitterness and aroma.

True Love is our second sour beer that is now available year-round. Similar to the Salty Lady, it is kettle soured and very refreshing.
