One whole beautiful heirloom chicken raised on the Green Circle Farm with lots of fresh air, cut up into pieces and marinated in buttermilk and seasonings, and deep fried in fresh peanut oil,

Four pieces of beautiful fresh free range chicken - one leg, one thigh, one breast, and one wing - marinated in a buttermilk and seasonings, coated in flour and cornmeal, and deep fried in peanut oil. Good warm or cold. Can reheat in a 350 oven.

Bombolo's signature stovetop mac n cheese, rich with cream and aged gruyere. Serves 3-5.

Tangy, herby chimichurri dresses cooked spaghetti. It is finished with pine nut /breadcrumb and boquerones. Perfect and invigorating for the hot weather.

One Pound - about one quart - of Bombolo's veal, pork and beef meatballs, rich with herbs and parmigiano, swimming in a light tomato sauce. Contain bread crumbs.

Serves 1-3. Housemade rigatoni in a spicy tomato sauce rich with bacon.
