Our sourdough bagels have evolved into a completely unique style over the years: not New York, not Montreal, strictly Buffalo baby! They’re rolled, boiled, dipped and baked by hand. Named after the reflection of the moonlight on the waters of Cayuga Lake at Sheldrake Point, Sheldrake Moon is a mellow brie-style cheese. (cut a hole in one of our loaves and bake with this inside for a stellar bread bowl dip)

8oz package of East Hill Creamery's raclette style cheese. Aged for 11 months it has a bolder, earthier flavor and more salinity than our other cheeses. The firm texture of this cheese makes it ideal for grating and especially for mac and cheese. It pairs well with apricot preserves, Pilsners, and light bodied red wines.
