5.5% ABV 40 IBUs Tropical Hazy Pale ale with Strata Hops and Guava Tasting notes - Strata hops are one of the new “darling” hop releases - with flavors of tropical fruits like mango and guava. We amped up the guava by adding real guava puree - bringing a rich body to this lower abv beer. Tropihaze is this years "unconventional" winter release. While we love winter warmers and dark beers - we also love a crushable, hoppy pale. We decided to brew this with tropical Strata hops as well as juicy guava puree. Hopefully this transports you to tropical beach, and at a easy 5.5% - you can chill and soak up the sun.

Together we made a bold and crisp brand new West Coast IPA with Mosaic, Strata and Idaho 7 hops. With notes of fresh squeezed grapefruit, California pine and a subtle touch of tropical fruit. 6.8% ABV
