Originally opened in 2005, Garrett Harker’s flagship restaurant has reopened its doors up Beacon St. only three blocks from its original location. Eastern Standard continues to offer seasonally focused New England interpretations of classic brasserie fare under the direction of Culinary Director Brian Rae. The menu features raw bar and charcuterie, nostalgic favorites like Steak Tartare, Baked Rigatoni, and Butterscotch Bread Pudding, and some new soon-to-be-instant-classic dishes. Cocktail legend Jackson Cannon has crafted a beverage menu that features an array of craft cocktails both new and classic, a curated selection of wines, and craft beers from near and far.
