Joyce Farms heritage chicken cooked down with guajillo and ancho chilis and spices. Served in a quesadilla with a side of broth for dipping.

Amber west-coast style IPA brewed with rye malt and hopped with Centennial, Cascade, and Chinook hops. Spicy rye, big citrus, and balanced bitterness. 6.5% ABV

Hard cider made with cinnamon, nutmeg, and toasted oak. 6.5% ABV

German style Helles lager brewed with German Pilsner malts and Hallertau hops, conditioned on lightly toasted oak staves. Crisp and refreshing with subtle vanilla notes from the oak. 5.8% ABV

Juicy pale ale brewed with Golden Honey and Vienna malt from Bear Branch, dry hopped with El Dorado and Anchovy hops. Light honey malt with notes of watermelon and pineapple. Collab w/ Pherm to benefit Scenic Rivers Land Trust. 5.5% ABV

Hazy IPA with Citra Incognito and Idaho Gem Hops. Juicy and sessionable. 5.4% ABV

West Coast Style IPA W/ Centennial, Simcoe, Idaho 7 & Citra shine for classic notes of pine & resin. From Delaware’s First State Brewing Company. 6% ABV

Hazy IPA brewed and double dry hopped with Nelson Sauvin and Motueka Hop Kief. Big tropical and white wine grape notes. 7.3% ABV

Triple berry sour from Dewey Beer Co. 7% ABV

Dry hopped with Galaxy and Vic Secret varieties straight from Australia, lending notes of citrus and passionfruit from Baltimore's M8 Brewing. 6.5% ABV
