Every dusk has a dawn. This is our second lager inspired by our trips to the Czech Republic. Bohemian Dawn is the pale counterpart to Bohemian Dusk. We use traditional ingredients and processes to create a light, effervescent lager with a slightly hoppy spice. ABV 4.5%

Hoponius Union harmoniously combines lager yeast fermentation and West Coast IPA hops.
