Espresso and hot water. The way the coffee flavor is extracted in the espresso process pulls out the great coffee flavor without the rip-out-your-tongue sensation that some drip coffee has.

This is the sophisticated classic drink. We combine our roasted coffee with steamed milk and serve it with our pinky finger extended. (The pinky finger helps with the pronunciation of "Café Au Lait.")

A cappuccino is a latte with attitude. It's the same basic idea, espresso and milk, but we change up the amount of foam on top. Like a latte in dress whites and a top hat. (Ask the barista to add cinnamon on top. Yum.)

Named for one of the places where our Field Workers serve, Jakarta Java is an exotic combination of chocolate, chai, espresso, and steamed milk. We finish it with cinnamon because... well just because.

Coffee (Vitamin Co) and Ghirardelli Dark Chocolate (Vitamin Ch) with steamed milk, whipped cream, and chocolate drizzle. If you are new to coffee drinks, this is the perfect intro.

This drink is named for one of the places our Field Workers serve. Think pecan pie in a cup. We don't actually blend a pecan pie, we add praline flavoring, espresso, white chocolate, and steamed milk in a cup. It's topped with whipped cream, white chocolate, and crushed toffee bits. Don't feel bad that the coffee bits are crushed. They're only sad because they only go on top of this special drink.

The Mission Café buys more White Chocolate than any other supply except for coffee and water. Seriously. That tells you something about our White Chocolate Mocha. We use Torani White Chocolate combined with Stone Creek espresso, and top it with whipped cream and more white chocolate. Yum.

Think about all the great times you've had with friends. Two can be better than one, right? This drink is chai and cider combined. Sweet, warm, loving, and topped with whipped cream and cinnamon.

Named for one of the places where our Field Workers serve, the Congo Split combines banana, white chocolate, steamed milk for a coffee-free cup of wonder. It's topped with a decorative white chocolate design. (Test the barista for artistic skill.)

Hot apple cider any time of the year. Just like Grandma made. Well, actually, we don't know your Grandma. Let us know if we made it like your Grandma.
