5.1% ABV – Easy drinking pale ale kettle and dry hopped exclusively with Nelson Sauvin. Named after the little island between Easton and Phillipsburg which is named after Charles Getter, convicted of murdering his wife in 1833. Getter was hanged on the island twice for his crime, the rope broke on the first try. We named the pale ale after Getter’s Island, because old Charlie must have been pretty bitter for the thirty minutes it took for them to get another rope.

8.0% ABV. Our oat double IPA whirlpooled and dry hopped exclusively with Cashmere hops. Tropical lime notes with a pillowy mouth feel. Named after the area along Northampton Street between Sixth and Seventh Streets which originally was a Pennsylvania Dutch community.

8% ABV A rich and chewy malty beer with big caramel and toast flavors. Named for The Columcille Megalith Park in Bangor, PA, an open space which welcomes people of all faiths and traditions interested in renewal and transformation.

11% ABV Named for the White Owl Brothel, where two PA state troopers were caught as guests, contributing to a scandal that led to a crackdown on prostitution, liquor and gambling during prohibition A charming aroma of honey, apple, pear and nuanced berries followed by a pleasant sweetness of honey and malt finished with a gentle warmth.

5.6% ABV (Smoke Rye Lager) The Malt Bill consists of Pilsner, Munich and Custom Smoked Alder malt all sourced from Deer Creek Malthouse. This beer was brewed in Collaboration with Head Brewer of Fegley's Brew Works; Josh Bushey. Delicate malt undertones with notes of smoked alder, and spicy rye bread. Finishes dry. Perfect for those Sunshine BBQ days ahead.

5.3 % ABV A traditional German style wheat beer. Brewed with pilsner malt and white wheat. Flavors of Banana and clove mix with a dry wheaty finish. The Easton area had a significant population of Pennsylvania Germans commonly referred to as Pennsylvania Deutsch, or Dutch. This beer is named after the Pennsylvania Dutch folk magic practitioners who painted hex signs to bring about good things or ward off bad things. We think drinking this hefeweizen will ward off the bad spirits that may haunt you!

7% ABV Designed by our server and bartender Sam Thomas, inspired by Mexican hot chocolate, and named after her cats. Two Black Cats is a sweet stout brewed with cinnamon, chocolate, and a touch of nutmeg and cayenne. Aged for a year in a Bourbon Barrell that also aged rum. CONTAINS LACTOSE.
