Refreshing, crisp, and delightful, Pretty Pretty Pils is an ode to one of the most beloved styles at Cellarmaker Brewing. Brewed with Weyermann Extra Pale Premium Pilsner Malt, it lays a clean, pure foundation for a delicate touch of Hallertau Mittelfrüh hops. The result is an effortlessly drinkable crusher with just enough depth to keep you coming back. Naturally carbonated, this pillowy soft Pilsner bounces across the palate with rounded effervescence and a charming floral aroma. This award-winning Pilsner took home a Bronze Medal at the Great American Beer Festival, proving that some of life’s simplest things can also be the prettiest. 5% ABV

When our buddies at Highland Park ask you to brew their award winning West Coast Pilsner for Timbo Week you say “HELL YEAH!” Timbo takes a West Coast IPA and runs it through the lager machine to get an even cleaner and crisper hoppy beer. With a medium sized dry hop of Mosaic and Citra, Timbo has super rad aromas of marijuana, grapefruit and ripe guava. Blasts of citrus pith and pine sap dominate the flavor with hints of grainy pilsner malt in the background. BEER! 5.8%

Dry, bright, and crisp, Dr. Peter Dankman delivers a proton stream of West Coast hop character that’ll stop any ghost in its tracks. Nectaron leads with white peach, passionfruit, and a bright citrus edge. Mosaic and Mosaic Cryo add depth with blueberry, a touch of earth, and just enough resinous dank to keep things interesting. Dry malt backbone stays out of the way while a firm, clean bitterness ties it all together. Dank and dialed in. No slime, no marshmallows. 5.7% ABV

Hopped with 100% Nelson Sauvin hops and dry hopped at 2.5 lbs. per barrel for pleasantly diesel-like, tropical fruit and melon aromas. Climbing Mt. Nelson is fun, but finding your way to the bottom of the glass is better. 5.7% ABV

Hopped with Citra, Nelson Sauvin, and Peacharine, Cloudweaver is a showcase of three of our brewers' favorite varieties. The trio work together almost too well, producing an aroma of white peach gummy rings, overripe honeydew, and tropical fruit that drifts up from the glass in a way that'll have your nose doing most of the work before your first sip. 7.0%

Mosaic, Mosaic Cryo, Strata, and Cascade Cryo. Mosaic brings berry and tropical fruit, amplified by the cryo for extra punch. Strata adds dank passion fruit and strawberry, while Cascade Cryo rounds it out with bright citrus and floral notes. Clean bitterness, crisp finish, built for 7%. This is West Coast IPA done right: hop-forward, balanced, and ready to rip. 7.0% ABV

A lightly smoked coffee porter. Brewed with a touch of German Beechwood Smoked Malt as well as high quality English malts, the beer is a perfectly chocolaty and roasty base for hundreds of pounds of freshly roasted coffee. 7.7% ABV

Home, Sour Home is our golden sour beer fermented with Brettanomyces yeast and Lactobacillus bacteria. It's aged in oak barrels with peaches, cinnamon, and vanilla bean, simply reminding us of homemade peach cobbler. 7%

Shadow of the Wizard is a layered blend of some of our most unique barrel stock. Built upon a foundation of Barleywine aged in Eagle Rare Bourbon barrels and Imperial Stout aged in Savage and Cooke Rye barrels, Shadow of the Wizard exudes notes of rich fudge brownies, caramel pot de creme, and Grandma’s World Famous flan. A single barrel of Double Barrel aged Munichwine that spent a collective 34 months in Blanton’s and Booker’s bourbon barrels rounds out the blend, bringing rich, warming heat and deep notes of burnt marshmallow, chewy molasses cookies, and sticky toffee pudding. Though the Wizard himself is gone - his shadow remains. Take a sip from beneath his umbra, and glimpse into the Barleywine realm where time flows differently and flavors resonate deeper. 14.6% ABV

A collaboration with Evil Twin Brewing. This artfully composed barleywine represents the pinnacle of patience and barrel craft. We've blended two barrel-aged barleywines—one aged 15 months in Savage and Cooke Rye Whiskey barrels, the other 12 months in Elijah Craig 9 Year Barrel Proof bourbon barrels—with our double barrel-aged imperial stout, which spent 24 months maturing across Blanton's and Heaven Hill Select Stock bourbon barrels. At 14.2% ABV, expect waves of toffee, dark stone fruit, espresso, and bourbon-soaked vanilla, with a sophisticated backbone of rye spice and toasted oak. The result is opulent, warming, and seamlessly harmonious. Pour slowly. Sip deliberately. Let it steal your dreams. 14.2%

Bourbon Blammo is the bourbon barrel aged version of our massive coconut imperial stout BLAMMO! For the 2025 release we blended five oak barrels: three barrels of stout aged in Savage and Cooke Bourbon barrels for 36 months; one barrel of munichwine aged 28 months in a Buzzard’s Roost Bourbon barrel; and lastly one barrel of barleywine brewed exclusively with Maris Otter that rested for 20 months in a Weller Wheated Bourbon barrel. We then conditioned the blend on over 200 lbs of organic toasted coconut. As always, it is ridiculous! 13.6%

Fresh, tropical, semi-dry cider infused with Brazilian pink guava just before final packaging. We think it pairs well with tiny paper umbrellas and your favorite Hawaiian mixtape. 6.3%

Blend of Pink Pearl Jonathan, Wickson and Burford red-fleshed and maybe a bit of a couple others. All organic. Native yeasts, unfined, unfiltered. 8.5% ABV

Inclinado is Spanish for “tilted,” and this is our California twist on a Basque sidra—with bubbles! 100% organic dry-farmed Gravensteins from Vulture Hill Orchard and Laura's Orchard, both in Sebastopol. Fermented with native yeasts in neutral French oak barrels. Tangy and bright; lychee, Concord grape, and walnut shell aromas; with citrusy herbal notes. No escanciar required but fills that sidra void in your heart. 8.5% ABV

Single-variety pet-nat cider. 100% organic GoldRush apples, Pearl Girl Orchard, Sebastopol. Fermented with native yeasts, unfined, unfiltered, minimal sulfites. Bottled to complete fermentation as petillant naturel. Hand riddled and disgorged. Super vibrant, delicate, aromatic, tropic with notes of lychee, kumquat, yuzu, clove, and cardamom. 8% ABV

Rounded and rich, almost similar to a Chardonnay. It is fermented completely dry and then aged in older white barrels, giving it ample mouthfeel. Tasting notes include lime leaf, crushed slate, grilled lemon peel, smoky and flint, apricot, candied lemon drops.

Our 2021 Pinot Noir has fruit sourced from the West Sonoma Coast AVA, aged 22 months in neutral French Oak Barrels with 50% whole cluster fermentation. This wine is packed with aromas of cranberry, strawberry preserves and rose petal. On the palate we get bing cherry, cedar, blackberry and white pepper. A silky mouthfeel and bright acidity contribute to a refreshing and balanced finish.

Our Syrah is grown at 2700 feet elevation in Mendocino. Fermented with 50% whole cluster in new oak. Aromas and flavors of blueberry, blackberry, chocolate, star anise, cigar box and subtle smoke. This Syrah delivers massive flavor from one of our favorite grape growing regions in California. Mendocino County, CA 14.2%
