Nowhere to Be is a beer we dreamt up while in New Zealand. A rare day where city life wasn’t nipping at our heels to keep this train roaring. Sure, this really is a simple beer, but it’s very much in that desert island zone… a beer you can enjoy in abundance. Low ABV, fruity Nelson hops and Lager yeast come together to create a real happy beverage that begs for another sip. 5.0% ABV

Hopped with generous additions of Nelson Sauvin, Mosaic & Citra this is one of our juiciest pale ales. It strikes the perfect balance between medium intensity hoppiness and very high drinkability. Notes of pineapple, kiwi, gooseberry, diesel, citrus and tropical fruits. Hold Me Closer Tiny Dankster! 5.7%

Lord of Lightning is a West Coast Pale Ale showcasing a trio of standout New Zealand hops: Nectaron, Peacharine, and Motueka. Saturated tropical character from Nectaron meets layers of stone fruit and white peach from Peacharine, while Motueka adds a bright citrus-lime edge. A lean, dry malt profile keeps the finish crisp and tight, giving the hops center stage. We’ve been obsessed with pale ales and New Zealand hops since our inception, and this combination feels like the perfect lineup for the kind of beer we’ve spent years chasing. 5.7% ABV

Two New Zealand hops doing what they do best. Nelson Sauvin throws down with its wild, wine-like funk and that unmistakable diesel edge, while Nectaron softens the blow with juicy passion fruit and nectarine. It's a push and pull between dank and fruity, resinous and tropical. Crisp, clean finish with a solid bitter backbone. This is what happens when you let two heavy hitters share the spotlight. 7.0% ABV

Sixes is the beloved West Coast IPA flagship from our friends Brujos Brewing. There's a lot jammed into this one. We laid a hearty foundation of Mosaic, Simcoe, Citra & Nectaron which then layered w/ Mosaic Cryo, Simcoe Cryo, Citra Cryo & Mosaic Dynaboost for even more saturation. The result is a clean & crisp WC IPA full of citrus, mango & stone fruit, finishing dry & dangerously crushable. 6.66% ABV

Present Tense is a mouthwatering hop bomb dry-hopped with Strata, Galaxy, Simcoe, and Mosaic. Saturated with hop flavor and aroma, while keeping bitterness balanced and crisp, Present Tense brings waves of tropical punch, overripe mango, lemon-lime gummy, and whispers of dank resin. A simple grist of Pilsner malt and unmalted white wheat, lays a clean and fluffy canvas for this lush hoppy beer. Soft, bright, and explosively aromatic, this is the kind of IPA that anyone can sink their teeth into. 6.3% ABV

A tribute to both legendary riffs and legendary hops, Krush: Moving Pitchers showcases the incredible Krush hop, known for its juicy notes of mango, blueberry fruit leather, and guava. We’re using a standout lot sourced from some of the best in the game—@perraultfarms, @carpenterhops, @loftusranches, and @jacksonhopfarms—alongside our brand-new 2024 Oregon-grown Citra, bursting with pineapple, satsuma orange, and lime. The result? A perfectly crushable 7.0% ABV IPA that’s as smooth as a bass groove and as electric as a guitar solo. Grab a pint… or maybe a pitcher?!

Step into a lush, hop-filled dream with Nectaron Dreamscape, a hazy Double IPA overflowing with juicy tropical flavors and intense aromatics. Brewed with a powerhouse trio of Nectaron, Citra, and Nelson Sauvin, this beer delivers waves of ripe peach, passion fruit, white grape, and citrus zest, all wrapped in a soft, pillowy mouthfeel. Drift away into this hazy paradise—where bold hops and smooth sips create the ultimate escape. 8.3% ABV

A lightly smoked coffee porter. Brewed with a touch of German Beechwood Smoked Malt as well as high quality English malts, the beer is a perfectly chocolaty and roasty base for hundreds of pounds of freshly roasted coffee. 7.7% ABV

Home, Sour Home is our golden sour beer fermented with Brettanomyces yeast and Lactobacillus bacteria. It's aged in oak barrels with peaches, cinnamon, and vanilla bean, simply reminding us of homemade peach cobbler. 7%

Shadow of the Wizard is a layered blend of some of our most unique barrel stock. Built upon a foundation of Barleywine aged in Eagle Rare Bourbon barrels and Imperial Stout aged in Savage and Cooke Rye barrels, Shadow of the Wizard exudes notes of rich fudge brownies, caramel pot de creme, and Grandma’s World Famous flan. A single barrel of Double Barrel aged Munichwine that spent a collective 34 months in Blanton’s and Booker’s bourbon barrels rounds out the blend, bringing rich, warming heat and deep notes of burnt marshmallow, chewy molasses cookies, and sticky toffee pudding. Though the Wizard himself is gone - his shadow remains. Take a sip from beneath his umbra, and glimpse into the Barleywine realm where time flows differently and flavors resonate deeper. 14.6% ABV

A collaboration with Evil Twin Brewing. This artfully composed barleywine represents the pinnacle of patience and barrel craft. We've blended two barrel-aged barleywines—one aged 15 months in Savage and Cooke Rye Whiskey barrels, the other 12 months in Elijah Craig 9 Year Barrel Proof bourbon barrels—with our double barrel-aged imperial stout, which spent 24 months maturing across Blanton's and Heaven Hill Select Stock bourbon barrels. At 14.2% ABV, expect waves of toffee, dark stone fruit, espresso, and bourbon-soaked vanilla, with a sophisticated backbone of rye spice and toasted oak. The result is opulent, warming, and seamlessly harmonious. Pour slowly. Sip deliberately. Let it steal your dreams. 14.2%

Bourbon Blammo is the bourbon barrel aged version of our massive coconut imperial stout BLAMMO! For the 2025 release we blended five oak barrels: three barrels of stout aged in Savage and Cooke Bourbon barrels for 36 months; one barrel of munichwine aged 28 months in a Buzzard’s Roost Bourbon barrel; and lastly one barrel of barleywine brewed exclusively with Maris Otter that rested for 20 months in a Weller Wheated Bourbon barrel. We then conditioned the blend on over 200 lbs of organic toasted coconut. As always, it is ridiculous! 13.6%

Fresh, tropical, semi-dry cider infused with Brazilian pink guava just before final packaging. We think it pairs well with tiny paper umbrellas and your favorite Hawaiian mixtape. 6.3%

Turning wine country into cider country, one apple at a time! A blend of Gravenstein, Golden Delicious, GoldRush, Pink Pearl, Muscat de Bernay and Nehou apples. Sources: Vulture Hill Orchard, Pearl Girl Orchard, Lost Orchard, and Fireball Farm estate orchard, all Sonoma County, all organically grown. Fermented with native yeasts, unfined, unfiltered, minimal sulfites. Lively, lemony zesty, herbacious, notes of golden apple, honey- comb, stone fruit, cacao nib, chicory flower. 60 cases produced. 8.5%

Inclinado is Spanish for “tilted,” and this is our California twist on a Basque sidra—with bubbles! 100% organic dry-farmed Gravensteins from Vulture Hill Orchard and Laura's Orchard, both in Sebastopol. Fermented with native yeasts in neutral French oak barrels. Tangy and bright; lychee, Concord grape, and walnut shell aromas; with citrusy herbal notes. No escanciar required but fills that sidra void in your heart. 8.5% ABV

Single-variety pet-nat cider. 100% organic GoldRush apples, Pearl Girl Orchard, Sebastopol. Fermented with native yeasts, unfined, unfiltered, minimal sulfites. Bottled to complete fermentation as petillant naturel. Hand riddled and disgorged. Super vibrant, delicate, aromatic, tropic with notes of lychee, kumquat, yuzu, clove, and cardamom. 8% ABV

Rounded and rich, almost similar to a Chardonnay. It is fermented completely dry and then aged in older white barrels, giving it ample mouthfeel. Tasting notes include lime leaf, crushed slate, grilled lemon peel, smoky and flint, apricot, candied lemon drops.

Our 2020 Pinot Noir has fruit sourced from the West Sonoma Coast AVA, aged 22 months in neutral French Oak Barrels with 50% whole cluster fermentation. This wine is packed with aromas of cranberry, strawberry preserves and rose petal. On the palate we get bing cherry, cedar, blackberry and white pepper. A silky mouthfeel and bright acidity contribute to a refreshing and balanced finish.

Our Syrah is grown at 2700 feet elevation in Mendocino. Fermented with 50% whole cluster in new oak. Aromas and flavors of blueberry, blackberry, chocolate, star anise, cigar box and subtle smoke. This Syrah delivers massive flavor from one of our favorite grape growing regions in California. Mendocino County, CA 14.2%
