Marlborough, New Zealand 2023. Intense aromas of grapefruit, crushed herbs and blackcurrant bud with an aromatic green nettle thread. Pure and focused with generous layers of passionfruit, crushed herb and mineral notes. A rich, salty palate displaying impressive weight and texture and a long lingering finish.

Peloponnese, Greece 2023. Opulent aromas ,light and fresh, of white flowers and honeysuckle are revealed, rounded out with notes of citrus fruits and lime. Medium to full bodied, refreshing and vigorous acidity, with the aromas on the mouth following those of the nose. Elegant, balanced and with a long finish.

Crete, Greece 2023. A hint of ashy mineral on first nose, and it takes a minute or two before you get to honeydew melon and Golden Delicious apple. The wine is lean-bodied for the most part, but it does have a good amount of fruit weight and concentration that adds to its subtle power. It finishes dry with mid-weight intensity.

Santorini, Greece 2022. Aromas of lime blossom and lime, honeyed touches and toasty hints. There is an intense wet-stone, dusty, flinty minerality, bruised-apple and a slight creaminess. The palate is completely dry with crisp, clean acidity and toasty fermentation notes. Flinty crispness is supported by lime and apple notes, becoming more lemony at the finish. Grown in the volcanic soil of the island of Santorini.
