Bauernbrot (also known as Farmers Bread) is a classic German 'Mischbrot' with a blend of 50% wheat and 50% rye flour. It's flavorful, goes very well with sweet or savory toppings and has a stout beer glaze which gives it its characteristic crackled look.

Our granola is hand-made in small batches and is a great wheat-free addition to your breakfast or as a snack. We make every batch from scratch using 50% oats and 50% toasted sliced almonds, so every bite has clusters of nuts. Simplicity is what makes this granola so great; just cinnamon, salt, coconut, almonds, butter, honey, brown sugar and oats make every batch worth savoring.
