Our homemade thin crust rolled to 12"+ topped in our inhouse sauce and Grande 50/50 Mozzarella/Provolone blend. You just tell us what to put on it. When making a half and half pizza we suggest an equal amount of ingredients on each side to even the cooking process.

Pepperoni, Sausage, Onions, Mushrooms, and Green Peppers. We no longer automatically put Black Olives on.

Pepperoni, Salami, Ground Beef, Bacon, Applewood Ham, and Italian Sausage piled high and topped with our signature cheese.

Our own award winning BBQ sauce topped with purple onion and roasted chicken breast.

Our smoked chicken in a bed of ranch sauce and topped with hickory smoked bacon and our pizza cheese.

Extra Sauce is the base on this very tasty pie, much like a muffuletta sandwich this is full of salt and spice.

A strange but popular concoction includes Ground Beef, Bacon, Buffalo Sauce, Ranch.

Choose your crust and we cover it in olive oil and top it with, seasonings and tomato and optional grilled squash with just enough Grande Blended Mozzarella to cover.

Our version of the Margarita Pizza, dabbles of sauce covered in pesto and topped with our Grande Blended Mozzarella.

Ranch dressing as a base topped with pepperoni and grilled chicken tossed in Louisiana hot sauce with mushroom and jalapeno with our mozzarella provolone blend and a sauce garnish.

What is an Italian beef sandwich? It's a slow roasted bottom round roast covered in Italian seasonings. We use Vienna beef, the #1 brand in Chicago along with Turano Rolls and our inhouse made Gardenaire to top it. Get it dipped with Gardenaire for the "Chicago Way". The bread comes from a specific bakery in Chicago. It's designed to absorbe the juice (Italians call it gravy) and not fall apart. Yes we actually dip the entire sandwich, suggested if not requested. The topping, known as gardeniare (jard-en-air) is a mix of vegetables in olive oil. We have ours set to a medium heat level bearable by most but adds incredible flavors. Each neighborhood in Chicago has a variation including, mozzarella cheese, sauteed green peppers and onions, marinara, American cheese, provolone cheese, and south sider's mild sauce. We do them all.

One of our most popular the Italian Hoagie roll is covered in our vinaigrette topped with pepperoni, salami, ham, purple onion, black olives, tomato and the popped in the pizza oven to melt the Grande provolone cheese before adding the heritage mix lettuce.

Not truly from New York or Chicago, the Corned Beef or (the Rueben when you add dressing) is actually from Utah. Ours is the classic with thin sliced Vienna Corned Beef, sauerkraut, horseradish and yellow mustard on hearty Rye Bread and you can add 1000 island dressing for the Rueben. Served with a pickle spear.

Our soups are made inhouse using the freshest ingredients we can find. If your focus is on the soup but want a little more, the small Sandwich option is a basic meat and cheese with less meat than the full-size sandwich.

We stuff our Fresh Shaved Ribeye and Cooper Shredded Cheese and fresh toppings into a warmed.
