- 14 Degrees (Czech Lager) - Urban Roots Brewing
6.2% We’re dropping a very special “Zero Day Old” 14° Special Czech Lager to celebrate our 4th Anniversary. Why 14°? Often beers brewed stronger (above 13º) in the Czech Republic are reserved for special occasions and referred to as "Speciál Ležák" or Special lager. We used our floor malted Bohemian Pilsner malt combined with a new hop variety from the Czech Republic called Kazbek. It exhibits notes of citrus and fruit but still has that Saaz classic noble spice character.
$8.00 - Abel Tasman (NZ Pilsner) - Cellarmaker Brewing
5.1% - Abel Tasman National Park is located at the northernmost section of the southern island of New Zealand. During a trip to NZ in 2019, we were captivated by the park’s awe-inspiring beauty. While there, we spent crucial time selecting the best hops NZ has to offer. This 100% NZ hopped pilsner is the result of that time and inspiration. Hops: Freestyle Farms grown Nelson, Riwaka, NZ Cascade, Motueka.
$8.00 - Among The Willows (WC IPA) - There Does Not Exist
6.6% Among the Willows is our flora-human hybrid West Coast IPA. Bright but with a touch of lupulin haze, aromatic, soft bitterness, and just a touch of malt - the way a WC IPA should be. Hopped heavily, like a tree humanoid should be, with citra, strata, and motueka. These hops together create complex aromas and flavors of dank Noble Fir, lemon beebrush, sage, and orange marmalade. A throwback, of sorts, to the tree human hybrids of the past…
$9.00 - Baseball (American Lager) - Highland Park Brewery
5% - A light, easy drinking lager that’s both refreshingly crisp & crushable. Clean lager fermentatino profile with subtle herbal, lemony hop aromas. The perfect beer to drink while watching a Dodgers game!

$11.00 - Crushing Hazards (Light Lager) - There Does Not Exist
4.5% - Caution: Crushing Hazard - A word of caution, friends… This beer is CRUSHABLE! Crushing Hazard is the TDNE hot take on the most consumed beer style in the U.S.A. - light lager. Drinker beware, this simply tastes like beer, dude. Its everything we love about sessionable domestic lager - just brewed with high quality German ingredients. A beer for mowing the lawn. A beer for barbecue. A beer for breakfast. A beer for dinner. It's everything you need, and nothing you don’t. Its CRUSHABLE BEER, made with Cosmic Cowboy love, of course.

$11.00 - Floofster (Hefeweizen) - Urban Roots Brewing
4.8% A German Hefeweizen featuring all German ingredients from the malt to the hops to the yeast. We have fond memories of kicking back in a beer garden and enjoying beers on our trips to Germany. And sipping on this beer in our own beer garden brings us back to those good times.
$8.00 - For Anyone Asking (Hazy IPA) - Radiant Beer Co.
7% - Laden with Nelson, Citra, Motueka, and Cashmere, the tropical vibes are off the charts (for anyone asking). There’s aromas of passionfruit, guava, mango, and gooseberry with even more bursts of tropical flavors of passionfruit and guava on the palate. It’s a juicy, pillowy mouthfeel, creamy carbonation beverage that’s remarkably easy-drinking - you know - for anyone asking.
$9.00 - Hidden In The Stars (German Pilsner) - Radiant Beer Co.
5% - Do you see our newest beer? It's HIDDEN IN THE STARS. A 5% German-style Pilsner with Saphir and Tettnang hops that shines as crystal clear as the celestial bodies that inspired it. Aromas of freshly baked sourdough bread, hay, black tea, and lemon peel float off of a superbly retained head of white foam. There's a firm bitterness that defies the gravity between the pils malt breadiness and the floral, earl grey character derived from the noble hops. Imbibe the interstellar.
$8.00OUT OF STOCK - Highway to the Dankerzone (Hazy DIPA) - Cellarmaker Brewing
8.4% - We love Nelson hops. They exhibit unique juicy white wine flavors unlike any other hop. There’s really no other hop quite like ’em. Here’s a Double IPA that is crushable in spite of its 8.4% ABV and loaded with Nelson hops (as well as smaller amounts of Citra and Simcoe). Notes of citrus, white wine, and gooseberries.

$9.00OUT OF STOCK - Little Planets (American Lager) - Radiant Beer Co.
4.6% - American Lagers of days past linger around us like LITTLE PLANETS. It's difficult not to be attracted to the gravity of the giants that circled before; the colossal movements of our brewing forefathers. Fear not though, we won't fall too far out of orbit of the original
$8.00 - Long Way Back (Hard Apple Cider) - Artifact Cider Project
5.4% - 100% McIntosh. Crisp and aromatic
$9.00 - Luna Especial (Mexican Style Lager) - Urban Roots Brewing
4.8% - We are ecstatic to introduce the newest beer in our "Luna Series" - Luna Especial! This is a pale lager inspired by some of our favorite imports from Mexico. Brewed to be crisp, dry and refreshing with well balanced flavor, it is cold fermented with light delicate aromas that showcase the skill of our brewers' ability to craft a flawless, clean, and light lager. Served with a lime just like Luna De Miel, this is THE light and refreshing beer that you'll want to have by your side this Cinco de Mayo.
$8.00 - Moored Dirigible (Hazy IPA) - Hop Butcher for the World
6.5% - Citra, Simcoe & Eclipse/HPA-016-hopped India Pale Ale
$9.00OUT OF STOCK - Nama Biiru (Dry Rice Lager) - Japas Cervejaria
4.9% - At the end of the day, when Japanese factories and offices begin to empty, it is the Izakayas - Japanese pubs - that are full. And, in all of them, one request is certain: Nama Biru, which means 'live/raw beer', that is, unpasteurized and ultra fresh. Our Nama Biru is light, clear, dry and extremely refreshing, as if it had been taken directly from the tap. With a delicious combination of Sorachi Ace and Lemondrop hops, this version also has a touch of yuzu, a rare Japanese citrus fruit
$8.00 - NZ Cascade Galaxy (Hazy WC IPA) - Cellarmaker Brewing
6.9% - What happens when you grow the Cascade hop in New Zealand? It takes on an entirely new character that you would never guess is coming from the classic hop we all know and love. Wild aromas of lime and Juicy Fruit gum explode from the hop that growers have now named “Taiheke.” Team that up with the ever so pungent and sticky Australian grown Galaxy and you’ve got a JUICE BOMB of a combination!
$9.00 - Old Head Red (American Red Ale) - Cellarmaker Brewing
6% - It might be hard to believe, but it’s true: this is our first ever red ale! It’s not that we have anything against red ales, they’re just not what we typically reach for. So when our buddy Matt at Fast Fashion said he’d love to brew one we saw our opportunity to create the style that perfectly marries rich caramel malts and piney, citrusy Cascade, Simcoe and Anchovy hops (yes that’s a real hop!). So for all you red ale drinking Old Heads out there, enjoy Old Head Red!
$10.00 - Pillow (Hazy Double IPA) - Highland Park Brewery
8% ABV - A double dry hopped version of one of our favorite hazy DIPAs, Pillow! We hopped this batch with tons of Citra & Mosaic to give it fruit smoothie qualities & huge aromas of orange creamsicle, guava, & mango!
$11.00 - Procedural Motion (Hazy Pale Ale) Radiant Beer Co.
5.6% - Hazy Pale Ale with Citra, Strata, Mosaic, Simcoe.
$8.00OUT OF STOCK - Sawa Plum (Sour Ale w/ Plum) - Japas Cervejaria
4.7% - Made with plums, a fruit with flavors that range from sweet to tart, just like the beer style. Plum blossoms symbolize persistence in Japan because they bloom in the winter when the branches are still covered in snow. Deliciously sour and sessionable at 4.7% ABV.
$10.00 - Schnickelfritz (Hefeweizen) - Urban Chestnut
5% - The unmistakable characteristics of this German wheat beer are achieved with a yeast strain that is decidedly fruity and phenolic. You may note clove, nutmeg, vanilla, and banana-like aromas and flavors.
$8.00OUT OF STOCK - Socks & Sandals (Hazy IPA) - Humble Sea Brewing
6.6% - DDH Foggy IPA with Citra, Centennial, Simcoe & Chinook AROMA: Orange juice, mimosa, lime zest FLAVOR: Pineapple, cantaloupe MOUTHFEEL: Creamy, mediu
$9.00OUT OF STOCK - Steely Jam (WC IPA) - Urban Roots x Beachwood
7.1% West Coast IPA Brewed in Collaboration with Beachwood Brewing at Urban Roots. Mosaic, Mosaic Cryo & Strata
$9.00 - Sun Spangles (Amber Lager) - Radiant Beer Co.
5.4% - A brilliant beer that allows rich, German Munich malt to shine through a matrix of delicately balanced flavors. Sun Spangles cracks through our hop-forward line up with warmer notes of biscuit and nutty character. It’s malty yet dry, and lightly floral thanks to noble hops, while striking equilibrium between just the right amount of hop bitterness and toasty malt notes.
$8.00 - The Glow (Hazy Pale Ale) - Cellarmaker Brewing
5.7% - Motueka and Citra hops provide a Satsuma zest nose with pleasantly bitter tropical tang and candied apricot on a familiar coastal New Zealand hop flavor undertone. We had to sprinkle The Glow with a little Simcoe and Mosaic for some of that west coast darkness that we love. It's got that Cellarmaker glow!
$8.00 - Timbo (WC Pilsner) - Highland Park Brewery
5.8% - We took inspiration from both German Pilsners and West Coast IPAs for Timbo Pils. We used more German influenced hops in the kettle which gives the beer a softer bitterness and a nice floral and earthy hop base. We then used Mosaic and Citra for dry hopping to bring out the tropical west coast flavors of mango, riesling grapes, and passionfruit.
$8.00 - Ultimate Combo (Pale Ale) - Radiant Beer Co
5.3% - Strata, Citra, and Simcoe in a Pale Ale? Kinda sounds like the ULTIMATE COMBO. This triplet tends to go together like peanut butter and jelly, Sonny and Cher, or heck… beer and burgers! This combo breaker hits like a happy meal with a perfectly-balanced aromatic aperitif of tangerine, nectarine, and freshly-baked bread. Dry, crisp and lively carbonation matches bright grapefruit and tangerine zestiness for a sweet post-palate finish. It’s the epitome of easy-drinking hoppy goodness.
$8.00 - Urbs in Horto (Hazy DIPA) - Hop Butcher for the World
7.5% - Strata & Mosaic-hopped Double India Pale Ale 2021 New York International Beer Competition Bronze Medalist (Imperial IPA category)
$11.00 - Whoa Colors (WC IPA) - Radiant Beer Co.
7.1% - Taste the rainbow of flavors derived from Simcoe, Mosaic, and Citra hops in this aromatic, dry, and ever so bright IPA. Mounds of melon character come through in the aroma as cantaloupe and soft fruits like papaya, peach, and kiwi meld with tangerine and white strawberry. These qualities follow through as each easy sip drenches your palate in its full spectrum of flavors.
$9.00 - Yuzu Nama Biiru (Yuzu Rice Lager) - Japas Cervejaria
4.9% - At the end of the day, when Japanese factories and offices begin to empty, it is the Izakayas - Japanese pubs - that are full. And, in all of them, one request is certain: Nama Biru, which means 'live/raw beer', that is, unpasteurized and ultra fresh. Wine
- Exit West - Sauvignon Blanc (Sauv Blanc)
This wine is a lovely, balanced wine that delivers lovely aromas of fresh tropical flavors with lots of guava, gooseberry and lemon grass. The aromas are intense and the palate delivers with equal intensity. This wine is concentrated without being heavy. It has a layered rich mouthfeel with a great crisp acidity and a vibrant long lingering finish.
$48.00 - Las Jaras - Glou Glou (Red Blend)
At Las Jaras, our goal is to make delicious wine that has tons of energy and balance. We want them to be vibrant, delicate, and supple all at the same time while also being food friendly and easy for anyone to enjoy. Our wines are intended to reflect the unique terroir of the vineyards using minimal intervention so you can taste their natural, rhythmic expression. If you are not used to drinking wines made this way, the experience can be a revelation.
$52.00 - Schlossmühlenhof - Das Ist Keine (Orange)
An accessible orange wine made from a blend of white grapes that are anywhere from 15 to 30 years old. The vines are planted on calcareous clay soils. The grapes were hand-harvested together in early October, allowed to macerate for eight weeks on skins with spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel lasting eight weeks. Unfiltered. Not an extreme type of orange wine but just lightly colored and slightly cloudy.
$48.00OUT OF STOCK - Stolpman - Love You Bunches (Rose)
Riper red berry fruit sings over the tart finish resulting in a pleasurable, quenching crunch. A perfected adult version of Sour Patch Kids candy. A floaty fleshiness develops by the second glass – which, btw, arrives quickly – with some mellowing watermelon notes on the mid-palate.
$46.00 - Stolpman - Orange Love You Bunches (Orange)$48.00
- Tinashe Nyamudoka - Kumusha (Sauvignon Blanc)
The nose of this crisp Sauv Blanc is a knock-out with gooseberry and freshly picked apples leaping out from the glass. None of the over-the-top green notes that New Zealand is famous for, this is stylistically much closer to the Loire Valley (Sancerre). Lighter end of medium bodied with juicy citrus, great flinty mineral tones and uber-zesty acidity on the finish.
