- Bottle ToGo Albarino, Thee & Thou, CA$46.00
Thee And Thou winery, located in North Yuba County, California was formed by John Donaghue, a former skyscraper engineer who discovered his passion for winemaking while working alongside Gideon Beinstock of Clos Saron. Using low-intervention procedures, neutral wood, and natural fermentations, John has developed his talents through years of hands-on experience to create distinct and expressive wines. His never-ending search for unique terroirs has taken him to other locations like as Lodi, where he continues to make rich, balanced, and age-worthy wines. The Terra Alta vineyard in Lodi's Clements Hills area produces Thee And Thou's Albariño. The grapes for this lovely white wine are harvested early in the morning, followed by foot-stomping and skin maceration for around five days before pressing. Following fermentation, the wine is aged in neutral French oak
- Bottle ToGo Arneis Blend, Idlewild 'The Bee', CA$50.00
North Coast, CA The 2022 shows depth of flavor while retaining a very moderate weight and a lithe finish. TheFlora & Fauna White is a balance of florals (ornage blossoms), minerals (wet stones), citrus (lemon peel), and orchard fruit (pear). Just when the wine starts to feel intense in its phenolics and aromatics, the palate turns to this near rain water like lightness with a crisp and clean finish.
- Bottle ToGo Cabernet/Merlot, Carolina Gatti 'La bolla del fugazi', IT$44.00
Veneto, Italy Organic farming; clay-chalk soils with 20 year-old vines; made in the frizzante col fondo style, un-disgorged, bottled under crown cap with no added SO2; zero-zero; Like this unusual fizzy blend of the red grapes that grow well in this cool, wet region: Cab, Merlot and Raboso. Super dry and crunchy with wild berries and a dominant green, stemmy thing (hallmarks of Cab, Merlot + Raboso in the Veneto), this is the perfect guzzler for pizza or anything fatty -- the acid and fizz will cut right through the fat, and refresh the palate. Her outfit is a rustic farm in the boondocks of Italy's Veneto region, where she works the land herself, with no chemical inputs, and makes the wines with very little intervention. She’s pushing boundaries and making gutsy, unorthodox wines in a very conventional, by-the-books region.
- Bottle ToGo Cava Brut Nature Reserva, Castell D'Age 'Anne Marie', SP$39.00
Straw yellow in color with green tones. Pleasant and fresh on the palate with delicate brioche notes against a backdrop of ripe fruits and nuts. Fine, slow-moving beads and a crown mousse. Full finish with good length and long-lasting flavor. Perfect for serving with appetizers to desserts, particularly seafood, fish, and semi-matured cheeses. Castell d’Age is the creation of three generations of women in the Junyent family, located in the Beguda Baixa, in the heart of the Alt Penedés region. It all started with Aurèlia Figuera and then was transformed by Anne Marie Comtesse in the late 1980s with the production of Cava. Anne Marie is a pioneer in introducing organic farming in the region. With the addition of her daughter Olivia Junyent to the business, they are now certified organic and biodynamic agriculture, a method that respects the relationship between humans and earth.
- Bottle ToGo Cinsault, Vinateros Bravos 'El Tunel', CH$62.00
Itata, Chile The 0.6-hectare vineyard El Tunel is made of 100% Cinsault planted in the 1959. With notes of red fruits and a slightly salty flavor, this wine reflects the unique symbiosis of this grape with Itata’s breezy coast and granite hillsides. Organic viticulture encourages this delicate wine to speak for itself and its natural surroundings. "The Cinsault reaches totally different levels on Granitic soils. This grape variety that makes simple wine elsewhere in the world here in Itata is the opossite. Intention, weight, red fruit and spices, and mineral end that lingers for a long time. The granitic soils expressing and showing off through the wine, Cinsault is here a translator of the Terroir. The steep hils, the granitic rock, and cold climate makes this complex wine, something to stop, feel and think in every sip. Drink slow."
- Bottle ToGo Fernao Pires, Cluricaun, PT$42.00
A fresh and fun Pet Nat, with floral and citrus on the nose. It has an enticing palate, with lovely freshness and acidity. Almost as playful as its mischievous namesake. The Quinta do Montalto team note that: The Claurican is a mischievous and good-natured fairy in Irish folklore known for his great love of drinking and a tendency to haunt breweries, pubs, and wine cellars. Because we don't want to be pranked by him, we bottle under his name, the most natural and out-of-the-box wines. Origin: Lisbon, Portugal Vintage: 2021 Grape varieties: Fernão Pires
- Bottle ToGo Gamay/Pinot Noir Rose, J.Mourat, FR$34.00

- Bottle ToGo Grenache Blend, Domaine Galevan 'Paroles de femme', FR$46.00
Domaine Galévan was created in 1836 by Jean-François Goumarre. It has been in the same family for over 180 years. Coralie Goumarre took over from her parents in 1995, and she is the ninth generation of vine growers at the estate. Previously, the grapes were delivered to the co-operative. The domaine covers a total of 49 hectares of vineyards and the vines have an average age of 55 years. The vineyards have been certified organic since 2011. The main production is Côtes-du-Rhône, but 2 hectares are in Châteauneuf-du-Pape Organic-biological viticulture. Wine Notes: Black fruits and some herbal notes, alongside aromas of peppery cured meat. It finishes with persistent tingly characters that really lifts this wine. If want a "Châteauneuf-du-Pape" styled wine on a budget, this is it! 60% Grenache, 20% Mourvédre, 10% Cinsault, 10% Carignan
- Bottle ToGo Ice Cider, Eden Cider 'Heirloom Blend', VT$44.00
Vermont. Ice Cider is a premium dessert style cider that makes a delicious ending to any meal! We’ve been making world class ice ciders here in far Northern Vermont since the harvest of 2007. It takes us anywhere from 1 – 3 years to produce an ice cider, and over 8lbs. of apples for one beautiful 375ml bottle! Delicious, with concentrated sweetness balanced by a backbone of acidity that keeps them from being cloying and makes you crave that next sip! Local and natural: Our ice ciders are produced from locally grown, fresh heirloom variety apples. The juice is naturally cold-concentrated outdoors in our cold Vermont winter weather. We use only yeast, organic yeast nutrient, and minimal sulfite additions – no enzymes, fining agents, color, sugar, or other flavorings or preservatives are used or added. (Note that apples are naturally gluten free)
- Bottle ToGo Limnio/Muscat, Garalis 'Roseus', GR$29.00
Lemnos, Greece. Roseus is a unique rosé from blending the main grape of Lemnos’ island, the floral Muscat of Alexandria, with the oldest referenced grape in the world and indigenous to the island’s volcanic soil, the spicy Limnio. Blend of Muscat of Alexandria with a touch of Limnio, with the use of prepared organic yeast, and minimal filtration. Intense tropical aromas with the added freshness and spiciness of the Limnio grape, and a crunchy, dry, and aromatic palate.
- Bottle ToGo Malbec, Adelante, ARG$42.00
Mendoza, Argentina As usual we were one of the first to pick in La Consulta. We do this to make a wine that retains freshness and acidity, allowing the spice in Malbec to express itself. Our goal is to achieve balance among all the elements along with richness to match with a wide range of foods: from meat to Mediterranean foods. The wine was pressed with natural malolactic fermentation completed in the tank. No SO2 was added until the malolactic fermentation was completed. Then 25% was aged in new French oak, 25% in old French oak, with the rest in tank to preserve freshness. Malbec is known for its dark color and concentrated character. Our 2021 Adelante Malbec impresses with its concentration while maintaining freshness and balance. It has weight at entry, a round middle, mature tannins with a persistent long finish.
- Bottle ToGo Mencia, Antonio Montero 'Alborexar 4.0', SP$38.00
Ribeira, Spain Cherry red in color with red fruit and mineral notes. The palate is medium bodied, fresh, long, with good fruit expression, soft tannins and a pleasant finish. Clay soil. Aged in stainless steel. Savory, herbal, spicy, briny
- Bottle ToGo Pinot Noir, Folk Machine, CA$42.00
The 2022 Central Coast pinot noir is a blend of mission ranch (arroyo seco) and cedar lane (arroyo seco). the wine was aged in 2-6 year old french oak burgundy barrels. the various lots were harvested in the 22 brix range, and fermented whole berry. the primary fer- mentation was uninoculated and the malolactic fermentation was spontaneous. we did not rack, keeping the wine on the lees with occasional batonage until bottling to round out the mouthfeel. Tasting Notes The 2022 Folk Machine Pinot Noir was very gently extracted during fermentation and pressed early to further minimize extraction leading to a quite pretty and standout vintage in my opinion. the wine is elegant and lean per normal, but quintessentially California pinot noir with ethereal fruit and spice I say the same thing every year, but always a go-to choice to serve with almost any food, fun to drink, and no
- Bottle ToGo Riesling, Dr. Lippold 'Josephine', DE$38.00
Mosel, Germany The grapes for this delicious Riesling come from the prized area of Ürziger Würztgarten, in the middle Mosel above the village of Ürzig. Vinified and aged entirely in stainless steel vats, and intentionally released after a minimum of one year in the bottle, it displays classic Mosel mineral and lime notes throughout with bright, crisp acidity and just enough residual sugar to soften the edges. Christened and named by the Francophile Enno Lippold after Napoleon’s wife Josephine, it is meant to be a reminder that Riesling from the Mosel was once prized throughout the French court and, in particular, held in high esteem by none other than the wife of the emperor. Napoleon controlled this area of Germany for almost 15 years following his very successful military campaigns in the area.
- Bottle ToGo Sauv. Blanc. Semillon, Passionate Wine, ARG$38.00
This sustainably farmed wine is 60% Sauvignon Blanc and 40% Semillon from 2 vineyards in the Tupungato region of the Uco Valley. This crisp, fruit driven wine shows notes of Cantaloupe and Honeydew melon mixed with waxy yellow beans and rose petals on the nose. The palate shows the melon fruit but adds jasmine, orange peel, and crushed wet rock with a touch of sweet pea. Bright acid highlights the refreshing finish.

- Bottle ToGo Lambrusco, Folicello 'Lambruscone', IT$38.00
Castelfranco Emilia, IT A hearty, rustic, but old-school style of Lambrusco made from one of the more punchy grape varieties in the family called Grasparossa. Don't get it twisted — real Lambrusco is dry; it should be refermented inside the bottle, not injected with CO2; it's far more characterful than what we've been drinking in cheerful Italian-American restaurants for decades. Don't look for it just for bubbles, either; it's meant to pair with main dishes. Il Folicello is from around Modena, where it's a touch warmer; as such this wine has darker fruit, dried herbs, and a note of the rocky, limey soils on which it's grown.
