- Aurora Brewing Co- Ten Hop Commandments$9.00
IPA - Triple New England / Hazy 10%ABV Utilizing a whopping ten different of the most dank and juicy hops throughout the whole brewing process— warrior, columbus, mosaic, citra, amarillo, nelson sauvin, waimea, cascade, galaxy, simcoe!
- Equilibrium Brewery- Light At The End Of The Tunnel$8.00
IPA - New England / Hazy 6.8%ABV Light At The End of The Tunnel (IPA) uses Photon as its inspiration with some modifications and upgrades, including an all Survivable hop blend for the whirlpool and a large dose of Lupomax Citra in addition to a supersized Photon hop bill. Aromas and flavors of soft pineapple, navel orange, stone fruit, EQ’s rainbow melon, and lime juice radiate with a touch of pine resin at the finish, making it an easy drinker with tons of flavor.
- Equilibrium Brewing- Taba Nelson$18.00
Farmhouse Ale - Saison 6%ABV TABA Nelson is our Farmhouse IPA dry hopped with our hand selected Nelson Sauvin hops from Hop Revolution. TABA is our rotating series that explores hop interaction with our There and Back Again cultures. This Farmhouse IPA is a collaborative effort with our dear friend Dr. Jason Rodriguez. We’ve been working hard behind the scenes to create a reproducible process that produces a beautiful and elegant farmhouse ale that is dry, slightly tart, full of flavor, and super drinkable. The interplay of our slow souring process, its respective microorganisms, hops, bitterness, gravity manipulation, and minerality have been through countless iterations over the years. We took our There and Back Again cultures and allowed it ferment over several months before dry hopping it with Nelson. We then bottle conditioned it for several months prior to today’s release.
- Jester King Brewery- Wytchmaker$9.00
IPA - Rye 6.8%ABV First released at Jester King in October of 2010, Wytchmaker is brewed with Texas-grown San Jacinto Two Row and Wildfire Pale Malt from TexMalt, malted Rye, and oats. It's kettle hopped with Citra and El Dorado and dry hopped with Simcoe, Amarillo, Citra, and Mosaic Cryo. We fermented it in stainless steel with Imperial A38 Juice yeast.
- Kings County Brewers Collective- Venomous Villans$7.00
IPA - American 6.9%ABV Pours bright, copper-gold in the glass with rocky white foam. Notes of ripe stone fruit, pithy tangerine, grapefruit bitters, and earthy resin. Brewed with an abundance of our hand-selected Mosaic, Amarillo, Simcoe, Centennial & Cascade. Explosive flavor, punchy bitterness, and a snappy finish. It’s always more fun to play the Villain…
- Meier's Creek Brewing Co- Cosmic Gumbo$7.00
IPA - New England / Hazy 6.5%ABV
- Prison City Brewing- Riot in Vermont$8.00Out of stock
IPA - New England / Hazy 7.2%ABV An ode to the state that helped birth the original New England-style IPA. Loaded with Citra and Mosaic hops and fermented with Vermont ale yeast lends a nice balance between tropical juice and a slight bitterness to finish.
- SingleCut Beersmiths- Stoner!$8.00
IPA - Other 6.8%ABV Guided by our distorted 3rd eye, we trudge through the riff-filled lands, STONER! in hand. Our dankest beer ever, this loving ode to the cannabaceae family explores the sticky side of our hop habit. Resinous and piney, with aromas of tangerine, apricot, pithy grapefruit, pungent and peppery Sauvignon Blanc, dried herb, and a long off dry finish of sage and pomelo.
- The Alchemist- Focal Banger$8.00
IPA- American 7%ABV American IPA with Citra & Mosaic hops.
- The Alchemist- Heady Topper$8.00
IPA- Imperial/Double 8%ABV We love hops – that’s why our flagship Double IPA, Heady Topper, is packed full of them. Heady Topper was designed to showcase the complex flavors and aromas these flowers produce. The Alchemist has been brewing Heady Topper since 2003. This Double IPA is not intended to be the strongest or most bitter DIPA. It is brewed to give you wave after wave of hop flavor without any astringent bitterness. We brew Heady Topper with a proprietary blend of six hops – each imparting its own unique flavor and aroma. Take a big sip of Heady and see what hop flavors you can pick out. Orange? Tropical Fruit? Pink Grapefruit? Pine? Spice? There is just enough malt to give this beer some backbone, but not enough to take the hops away from the center stage.

From there we made a bigger batch in Triple Form. For Energy Evolution 2020, we wanted to try a weeknight friendly version.

Stouts/Browns/Porters
- Equilibrium Brewery- Alfajores$18.00
Stout - Imperial / Double Pastry 11%ABV Alfajores are popular South American dessert typically made with soft cookies pressed together with a sweet gooey filling in the middle. To emulate this classic, we conditioned a big base stout on Honey, Almonds, Hazelnuts, Coconut, and Madagascar Vanilla. Alfajores pours pitch black with a frothy tan head. Decadent notes and flavors of fudge brownie, almond shortbread cookie dough, Ferrero Rocher Hazelnut chocolates drizzled with honey, and coconut mudpie come together in a creamy and velvety finish with the perfect amount of honey to offset the chocolate malts. This beer is a fun one and is literally liquid dessert in a glass.
