East Forty's Dry Cider is made with local Missouri apples. Fermented dry, this is crisp, refreshing, and full of delicious apple aroma and flavor. ABV: 6.8%

Kettle sour fermented with pineapple, orange, lime, and coconut. This beer has a distinct tart punch and is fruity and refreshing. ABV: 6.2%

This imperial stout was created with a higher than normal dose of chocolate malt as well as premium cocoa nibs. Vanilla was added to heighten the presence of the cocoa but not to stand out on its own. The result is a deliciously smooth beer (for 11.8%) featuring all the great qualities of bittersweet chocolate – some roastiness, some fruitiness and an unmistakable dark chocolate finish.

Jackson County Common is the everyman of beers. Pouring a beautiful golden color, it’s malt-forward yet nicely balanced by Mt. Hood and Loral hops. Lighter in color and less bitter than its West Coast counterparts, this easy-drinking lager was made for you to have a few. ABV: 5.1%

This is a light body, light color traditional lager using 50/50 pilsner malt and jasmine rice. German noble hops are used to keep the sharp, crisp flavor without making it bitter. Super clean fermenting lager yeast gives it that recognizable lager character. ABV: 4.7%

Citra, Centennial, and Equinox hops pack citrus and tropical fruit flavors into this clean, American IPA. ABV: 6.4%

We took our Fools Rush In Imperial Stout and aged it in J. Rieger & Co. whiskey barrels for 12 months which adds notes of chocolate, cherry, and vanilla. This beer is full bodied yet silky smooth. This India Pale Ale was brewed on behalf of the Pink Boots Society and features the 6th Annual Pink Boots Blend of hops consisting of Loral®, Ekuanot®, and HBC 586. This year's version was soured and brewed with the addition of hibiscus flower for its color contribution as well as floral/fruity flavors and tartness.
