Need Servers? Bartenders? Carving Chef? A manager for your event? Each are available with advance notice. Payment is for 4 hours to allow for setting up and breaking down the event.

You are welcome to bring your own beverages. If you bring alcohol, a bartender will be required. Suggested 1 bartender for every 40 guests.

We use Coke and Pepsi products. Please be sure to specify how many of each in the special instructions area if you have a preference. Otherwise it will be half diet.

Guest pay for each drink as they go. Bartender attendant is required. Suggested 1 bartender for every 40 adults.

This option includes House Wines and domestic and craft beers. Bartender attendant is required. Suggested 1 bartender for every 40 adults.

This option includes "House" branded spirits + standard mixers and juices. This includes House Wines and domestic beers. Bartender attendant is required. Suggested 1 bartender for every 40 adults.

This option includes recognized branded spirits such as Smirnoff, Bacardi, etc.+ standard mixers and juices. This includes Domestic Wines and Beers, including craft and imported. Bartender attendant is required. Suggested 1 bartender for every 40 adults.

This option includes SPECIFIC branded spirits + standard mixers and juices. This includes Domestic highly popular brands of Wines. and Craft/Specific Beers. Bartender attendant is required. Suggested 1 bartender for every 40 adults.

This Option provides snacks through the event. Chips, Pretzels, Dips, included. Please specify if any specific needs.

Each tray includes fresh cut seasonal vegetable such as cherry tomatoes, broccoli, etc. with Housemade Ranch, Bleu Cheese and Honey Mustard dips.

Each tray includes fresh cut seasonal fruit such as melons, berries, etc. Each tray includes these fruits as a mixed salad. You may request cut portions of each fruit as an alternative.

This Option provides chocolate chip and other cookies, mini authentic cannolis, and a fruit garnish. PLEASE SPECIFY NUMBER OF GUESTS.

This Option provides cake slices such as Chocolate, Carrot, Cheesecake, etc. each cut into smaller portions. PLEASE SPECIFY IF ANY SPECIFIC KINDS OF CAKE and NUMBER OF GUESTS
