A Southwestern spin on a classic German sour beer, HibTang (as it's affectionately known by our brewers) is made with more than 300 pounds of tangelos from the picturesque Agritopia Farm in Gilbert. All that citrus is paired with our house lactobacillus culture, a whole mess of Sonoran white wheat, and hibiscus tea from Queen Creek's Tea Royalty for a bright pink color, sunny citrus flavor, and snappy acidity. ABV: 4.5%.

Two years ago, we brought our mobile coolship somewhere it had never been before: the orange orchard at Agritopia Farm. While hanging out with a few of you fine folks, we filled the coolship with hot wort and let it cool off in the citrus-tinged breeze, picking up some of the local yeast and bacteria on the way. Now, after years of slow fermentation and oak-aging, Camp Coolship: Agritopia is finally ready. 6% ABV

Born in our Woodnotes Cellar, this mixed-culture sour ale was aged in oak barrels with 200 pounds of Pakistan mulberries from Holiday Farms in Tolleson, Arizona. Expect flavors of Watermelon Jolly Rancher and tart cherry, followed by stemmy/green pepper and earth-driven funk before a clean, acid-forward finish. 7% ABV

“Bière de Coupage” is a phrase that first shows up in French brewing texts from the 1800’s, “Coupage” means “cutting” and is a traditional blending practice that typically blends nuanced, mature beer with vibrant, young beer. This beer is a blend of 1-year-old Spontaneously Fermented beer that was inoculated at Agritopia Farms blended with young mixed-culture Saison. Naturally conditioned for 1 year in bottles and kegs with Rango Wildflower Honey. 6.4% ABV
